. Unlike the recent horror films Session 9 and The Others, there's nothing remotely ambitious or imaginative in Jeepers Creepers.. . Just as humorless as the original, but it's also slicker, glossier and resoundingly artificial.. It's a shame that Salva so suddenly and permanently leaves the suggestive territory of the movie's first third.. If you can overlook its lapses in character logic, you'll have a ghoulishly good time at this more-ambitious -than-usual shocker.. The only mystery to Jeeper...
